Hi! we’re Archie and Denis, brothers in life and business.
Everything starts in our workshop. That’s where we design, cut, and build each piece. We take our time, pay attention to the details, and make things the way we believe they should be made.
Our goal is simple, to create pieces we truly believe in, guided by function and feeling, not trends.
How It Started
Over ten years ago, we started by making bags. The market was already crowded, so we did things our own way. Our first bag took a full month to finish- figuring out the idea, fixing the construction, and learning as we went. In the early days, it was just hand tools and one sewing machine (we named her Monika), early mornings before day jobs, late nights talking through designs, sometimes over a few beers.
We learned by doing, made mistakes, and tried to keep things simple. That way of working still guides us today.
The Workshop
Our workshop is where everything comes together. It’s part design space, part workbench.
Every piece starts here.
Today, Archie & Dennis is part of our everyday lives.
We love watching the brand grow. Our goods reflect what we care about.
We know our way of working isn’t the fastest or the cheapest- but we’ve never changed our vision.
The Hunt
One of our favorite parts is finding materials -old army gear, uniforms, tents, and duffle bags from supply stores, thrift shops, and markets. Also, we always in search end-of-stock and deadstock fabrics, working with what already exists.
We love finding pieces with a story- handwritten initials, small notes- signs that these materials lived a life before us.
We break them down and build them back up again. The result is practical, well-made pieces meant to be used, lived with, and kept. We love seeing them age beautifully over time.
We’re not saving lives- we’re just making stuff.
But every now and then, when something comes out right, it feels like we’ve saved a little piece of ourselves
