Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $150, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about your specific item, please reach out before sending it back.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
