Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected service and product combination.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE, if you can't spot your country in the list of countries at checkout, please send a request to: contact@archieanddennis.com

Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days, as each item is meticulously handcrafted. Orders are shipped via Fedex/DHL/UPS express to arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

Tracking information will be sent to your once your entire order has been dispatched.

Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

ARMY PANTS, GARAGE PANTS & WEEKENDER BAGS:

Each pair is made to order-one at a time, in our workshop. No stock, no shortcuts.

Production takes 3–4 weeks, because we believe in doing it right-with care, craft, and attention to every detail.

    SHIPMENT TRACKING:

    • You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
    • If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

    CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS:

    Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

    IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES:

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

    The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
